What actually is a

Busway?

Busway, or armored busbars, are systems that allow the transport and distribution of energy in an optimized way, with low cost and high reliability. In addition to being a modular system, it allows changing the layout without losses or additional investments. This system is an alternative to the electric cable system and can be applied to all types of industrial, infrastructure and other buildings. Examples of applications are energy in industries, shopping centers, shopping malls, commercial and residential buildings, hotels, hospitals, etc.

Lighting

MISTRAL

The best and most efficient solution for the electrical distribution of lighting projects. The system of prefabricated armored electrical lines Mistral, used for distribution of lighting points and small powers, was designed, mainly, to be installed in industrial, commercial and service buildings.

Low Voltage Busway

System

SYSTEM is a line of low voltage Busways. It transports and distributes powers of 400A - 600ª, being offered in versions with copper or aluminum conductors. It is produced through automated processes, IP 54 and has a full range of safes and possibilities of parts that make use optimized in any project.

* This product is offered and sold in specific regions. Please contact us for more information.

MV

The MV prefabricated power line system is offered in nominal currents from 630A to 6000A with aluminum or copper conductors in low voltage [up to 1kV]. It has “plug-in” type taps up to 800A that allow the inclusion of several protection systems, such as circuit breakers, disconnectors or fuses. The degree of protection of the MV ventilated bus cover is IP31.

This product has been discontinued for the global market. We still manufacture spare parts and expansion of lines, sold under special conditions. Consult our representatives for more information. * This product remains available for the Brazilian market

MB

The MB prefabricated power line system is available in nominal currents from 160A to 800A with aluminum or copper conductors in low voltage [up to 1kv]. It has “plug-in” type taps up to 800A that allow the inclusion of several protection systems, such as circuit breakers, disconnectors or fuses. The degree of protection of the MB shielded bus enclosure is IP54.

Impact

The IMPACT prefabricated power line system is offered in rated currents from 400A to 4000A with aluminum conductors and rated currents from 630A to 5000A with copper conductors. The casing is very light, made of an extruded aluminum alloy that gives the product excellent rigidity and mechanical resistance. The standard version can be used in extreme weather conditions or in places where specifications require a low induced magnetic field.

Impact 2

The IMPACT2 prefabricated power line system is offered in rated currents from 400A to 5000A with aluminum conductors and for rated currents from 630A to 6300A with copper conductors. This product is the most recent version of the IMPACT line and brings with it all the characteristics of the IMPACT line, adding greater efficiency in energy transport.

Medium Voltage Busway

With diverse applications and generally used in interconnections between generators and elevating transformers, deriving for protection or switching cubicles and for auxiliary transformers, in power generation plants. The Metal Enclosed type is also used in large industrial installations making the interconnection between transformers and medium voltage switchboards.

QDC

The Load Distribution Board (QDC) is a low voltage board used for power distribution in buildings. Its function is to receive the cabling from the transforming chamber (step-down transformer) and distribute it in the armored busbars that will provide energy to the floors and other locations, providing sectioning and protection through vertical disconnectors. This product is for indoor use.

This product meets the technical standards and approvals of the dealerships where it is applied.

The Pedestal Distribution Board (QDP) is a low voltage board used for power distribution in buildings. Its function is to receive the cabling from the transforming chamber (step-down transformer) and distribute it to the electrical plant, providing sectioning and protection through vertical disconnectors. This product is for long time use.
